Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish and half-English woman was born on April 16th, 1997 in Miami Florida. The girl is English and the other half Spanish. Her parents were Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. Her father, an Argentinean of Scottish as well as English heritage is also her mother. Her mother is Spanish and has English roots. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children. Four of them are from Taylor's father's prior marriage. They were initially from Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria as Taylor-Joy reached the age of six. Taylor-Joy explained the relocation was traumatic, and refused to study English as she wanted to go back to Argentina. Hill House became her school preference after she was forced to change schools. In the following year, she joined Queen's Gate School to study ballet as well as perform in school productions. At the age of 16, she quit school in order to make a career of acting. Taylor-Joy's ambition to become an actor began when she was just a child. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the very first model who hired her to be model for professional models.
