She continued to design and market them until she was struck by the idea to create a reusable plastic Earring organizer. She then showed it to the ladies on the streets to observe their reactions. In the end, she was able to patent her product and began to market it through different platforms, both online and offline as she continued to create new products. In the past, she's developed and promoted thousands of successful products. Additionally, she holds more than 120 US as well as International patents. Being a sharp thinker and having a solid intuition, she's able to quickly determine if an item is "hero or a zero" which has led to 90% success in her business. She is a firm believer that "if you're fortunate enough to be successful and have the opportunity to be successful, it is your responsibility to make a difference" She also gives regular donations to a variety of charities.
